4. Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per order, per customer, or per account.

5. Custom Products & Approvals

For custom or made-to-order products:

  • Customer approval may be required prior to production
  • Once approved, orders may not be canceled or refunded
  • Print Presser Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to review proofs carefully.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many products:

  • All sales may be final unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for defective or incorrect items

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe by contacting sales@printpresser.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Graphics

is the property of Print Presser Designs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without prior written consent.

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, designs, feedback), you grant Print Presser Designs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.
